There is a large communal swimming pool,shops and numerous restaurants within a short distance.Also the waterparks are close
by Slidesplash is just is 10 minute drive away and many first class Golf Courses in the area. The property was built in 2002 and comprises one bedroom ,bathroom with shower,fully fitted kitchen,lounge/dining
room,terrace and private garden to the front,private terrace to the rear,roof terrace, air conditioning/heating, electric
roller shutters,and alarm Both settees can be converted into beds, but the villa is only available for a maximum of 4 people.
The twin beds in the bedroom can be zipped together to form a super king size double bed. Please specify your preference on
boooking. The Villa is furnished to a high standard,and is situated in a prime location,withn easy reach of all the attractions
on the Algarve. Full directions and operating instructions for appliances etc will be sent on receipt of the booking deposit.
